Voice, Speech &
Presence
To work on the voice is to work on the entirety of you. Your body. Your breath. Your voice. Your speech and your presence. This class equips you with strategies to root you physically, breathe deeper and deliver with your authentic voice. Students will leave class with a blueprint for their own practice.

Public Speaking
This class allows the student to practice
speaking in front of a group of like-minded peers in an atmosphere of curiosity and respect. Practice speeches include personal stories, short poems, humorous stories and anything the student wants to bring to the table. We will also roleplay presentations, interviews and public speeches. Students will leave class with greater confidence in their voice, their presentation skills and their ability to speak in front of an audience.
Delivering Shakespeare
This class is about providing the actor with
the foundations of classical acting. Our work will consist of a deep dive into your body, your breath, your voice, your relationship to language and your
ability to be present with an audience and your scene partners. If you are new to acting, this is a great way to form a solid foundation of craft. If you are experienced, you can use this course as a way to replenish your roots and dig deeper into your craft.
