Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is very simple. I believe that proficiency in any craft cannot exist without practice, repetition, patience and the cultivation of presence. For a coaching relationship to truly work, the student must enter into the relationship with an intention for transformation and a desire to put in the work. The coach, in turn, must be patient, knowledgeable and courteous. The coach should provide the client with usable feedback and appropriate exercises that yield tangible results. The client should progress through the relationship with moments of personal discovery and a sense of progress.
